Hi,
I have an issue with a Place based on the SNAPPS QProject template that I am in desperate need of help with.
The issue, in short, is that the 'Status' view of the Enhanced Task section wont display... Research has shown that there appears to be some issue with the Placebots within this Place, and, if I try to sign the 'Publish Task' or 'Publish Project Staus' Placebots I get the following message...
Problem: The published page you are trying to edit is already being edited.
Solution: You may only have one in-progress version of a page at a time. You can copy this page and edit the copy, or wait until the in-progress version is published
I found a suggestion within this forum to simply fix this by trimming the URL back to 'EditDocument&Form=h_PageUI'
This works to a point... I am then able to click on the 'Next' button on the 'Sign Placebot' page, however I then receive the error
Problem: The following error has occurred: 'Entry not found in index'
Solution:Try Again.
I can also conrirm that the QProjects PlaceType works ok, and a new Place created from the PlaceType works perfectly..
I tried a load qptool refresh -p Placename but it had no effect..
