I have several places on a server that will not open. When clicking it's entry in My Places I get a 404 File not found or unable to read file error.
The URL is not the normal one when this happens, which explains what doesn't work, but not why it's trying to open the wrong URL and how to resolve.
Normal URL:"
http://balqr01.rsmi.com.au/LotusQuickr/anbr-xyeo05b/Main.nsf/h_Toc/b8c3e3187b8885684825716300271e27/?OpenDocument"
URL for "broken" place:"
http://balqr01.rsmi.com.au/clos-kell01b"
As you can see, it's dropping the "lotusquickr" bit. If I manually enter the correct URL for the place, it will open.
I've tried un-registering and re-registering with no success. Can anyone suggest what the problem might be? As noted above, this is happening on just a few places, the vast majority on this server are working correctly.
