Can someone help me with the following issue please.
Environment is Windows and quickr version is 8.5.1.
When I open a RSS feed message in Outlook, after I click on the blue link generated by Outlook, the default browser opens the links and generate the following errors. The RSS feed won’t work for any of the Browser, I get error message: Invalid Path
Her is the error message on Opera browser:
XML parsing failed
XML parsing failed: syntax error (Line: 1, Character: 0)
Reparse document as HTML
Error:
unexpected text (non-whitespace text outside root element)

After adding the Quickr Feeds to Outlook, I get the list of all the folders then I click on one of the feeds, which then I get a blue links with the following information, the Feeds links produce by Outlook generate a URL address like bellow but the address is not correct:

The following path is not exist in our windows server “/dm/atom/library/” is it because our setup and configuration is wrong or the RSS feeder adding wrong path for the links.

If I delete and change the links to the following then it does work, now can someone tell me what is wrong and how to fix this issue please?
