I have reviewed the Lotus SS Formum for this problem and don't see anything like it in 2010 or 2011.
I load Approach and my APR file and go to a form with a repeating panel and there is no problem. I can examine each of my records.
With Approach still running, I open 1-2-3 and my file (we have tried this with Create a Blank Workbook with the same result)
Now when I return to Approach, the form and the repeating panel continuously repeat themselves every 2 seconds; the repeating panel varies in length, but it never completes. It appears the Approach is trying to do something, the circular wait symbol keeps turning for 2 seconds and Approach looks like it loops back to the same record and trys again.
There is a workaround for this. If I click on 1-2-3 again and returning to Approach, the problem goes away. Clicking on 1-2-3 again and returning to Approach, the probem is back.
Luckily, during the problem in Approach, I am able to go into
Design mode. We discovered the problem to be two compicated calculation fields in the repeating panel. Killing those fields and starting over as above, there was no longer a problem in Approach. Well, I need those two fields, so I am hoping someone can help.
