Yes, mostly. Freelance Graphics version 9.8 does a good job of exporting into PowerPoint's format, but page transitions and bullet builds do not convert--at least not in my limited experience. Most of that can be recreated in PowerPoint, but not as easily as it is created in FLG. Also, note that PPT versions prior to 2002 will accept multiple title slides from FLG, but you cannot create multiple masters in PPT until XP/2002.
