Hello Robert, That did the trick. I have used Approach since it came out in the 90's as a small company in the south Bay Area with 10 employees. But that one I would not have figured out on my own. Thank you very much. Of course... I was thinking I shoud change to MS Access some day as Approcah is no longer supported ..
