You probably want to try XpertSS Documenter V1 ($75) from XpertSS.com. I think it will do much of what you want. You may also want the Xpertss Lister (also $75) Go to www.xpertss.com and click on their products page. There's a description of the products and a link to free demos there.
(Note that Documenter works with the original format APR files. This is the default format for all Approach Apr files unless one has added a Lotus Dialog box to the APR which forces the newer format. Standard Approach "Form as Dialog" boxes are fine, it's only the advanced Lotus Dialogs that cause the problem)
