Equity line tracking suggestions

I use Lotus but haven't had a need for years to create anything new. I wanted to know if someone can help me create a way to track our equity line account for amounts that are combined, but I would like to track the interest/principal payments of each amount of the total, so each person making their payments each month is only paying their portion of funds borrowed.
1. Sometimes when interest rates change, there will be 2 percentages for the month; i.e. 20 days @ 3.0% and 10 days @ 3.25%.
2. Some are only paying interest each month, and some are paying additional principal along with interest.
I don't know if having a front tab showing the totals and then having tabs behind the total page for the individual amounts is better than having everything all on one sheet.
