From where to download Freelance Graphics' ActiveX (or Plug-In) for Web browser

Hi,
I have got some document in .PRZ format, I was checking on net and came to know that its Freelance Graphics file ad which can be opened with Freelance Graphics viewer, As per information on below ibm site i need to install Freelance Graphics' ActiveX or Plug-In for Web browser which should be freely available. But unfortunately i could find this plug-in on IBM site. Does anyone faced this problem or knows from where i can download this plugin.
