Randy,
That Import Options dialog option allows you to view HTML as source code *when you open* an HTML document. So close your documents, change the setting, and then open the HTML file.
Once you can see the codes, you can use Word Pro's Edit|Find and Replace Text feature to remove or edit the font tags.
