We have an Approach app residing on a server. Sometimes there are up to 5 users accessing the data. Under XP, we had no problems. Our first user with Windows 7 locks all the XP users out. They get a message that the record is locked. The second Windows 7 user does the same thing plus it locks out the other Windows 7 user. When the Windows 7 user get out of the app, it frees up the data for all the XP users. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem? Thanks
