Lotus Organizer uses the System Date of your Windows. Therefore I assume you have to change your System Date format somewhere under Start-settings-system-Regional... Maybe just change once from long format to short or vice versa.
I strongly recommend to install Sven Bassings program compact.exe, which will automatically compact your Lotus Organizer workfile on 1st Start of Windows every day. This will avoid corrupt workfiles.
