Just to clarify: Microsoft does not say that SendKeys is a security risk when used from Windows Scripting Host, which they created and presumably have verified as safe. The problem arises when malware authors create programs that use SendKeys for their own ends. There is no problem when you or I use it. I would not have suggested using WSH if I thought otherwise. It's a rather useful Windows tool in some situations.
