Please help! Everytime I launch 1-2-3, I always get the message "TOOL MODULE (LTICNC71 DLL) NOT FOUND."
It all started when I tried to defragment C drive. Message asked to thorough scan disk and fix problem before defragmentation can proceed. Found clusters 1,596,xxx defective, so I took the option to fix it. (That cluster was occupied by Lotus Smartsuite97 application.)
After defragmentation was done, Smartsuite 97 did not work properly. So, I uninstall it first and then reinstall it again. However, the same message problem reocurred after three tries! What was wrong?
I got this software preinstalled when I bought the computer. Please help!
