I have been using Freelance for months (years) with no problem and it suddenly has become incredibly slow loading my usual (100-125K) files - takes 100% CPU for 5-10 min to load what was instant a few days ago. Screen refresh (or just moving mouse pointer) starts process all over. I have tried numerous fixes (including printer driver changes mentioned here) to no avail. Was using Freelance 97, loaded 9.8 with same results. Maybe related: newer versions of 123 load but with garbled text (older 123 versions still fine).
Please help.
