Hi,
In a records management implementation, we are required to open Wordpro documents (that are records in our records management system), in a "read only" format for certain users.
We are able to use the WordPro macro to disable the menu items - cut, copy, paste. While opening the WordPro document, either directly or from our records management system, this Macro script (code for disabling the clipboard operations) will be executed. There are two issues/ challenges that we are currently facing.
1. The macro script can be modified/ deleted by the end user. How can we lock the script such that, the end user will not be able to modify/ delete?
2. How could we deploy the macro script on client machines such that all the WordPro documents will use this script?"
