I have installed Freelance and Organizer from Smartsuite but Freelance refuses to add MOV files to objects. The error message is:
Cannot determine the device type from the given filename extension.(MCI Error 281 in MCI_OPEN)
This is Win XP (no SP2). I am running the latest version of QuickTime and clicking on MOV files outside of Freelance always works but not in Freelance. AIM files work fine in Freelance (just slow). This problem existed in version 9.6 and an upgrade to 9.8 yesterday had the same problem. Any ideas?
