I use VMFusion Ware which is a virtual software that works inside of MacOS. I have no trouble running 123Rv2 on a 32 bit version of Windows7. The installation was seamless. Using the "Unity" service in Mac, I can share the virtual drive with the MacOS. Easier than my XP Virtural in my Windows 7 64bit PC at work. The folks at my local Apple store are a fabulous resource.
My sense is that VMFusion is a more seemless than Bootcamp as you have to reboot the Mac and choose which OS you want. I am only a year old Mac user and LOVE it compared to MSoft.
