Sametime Standard 8.5.2 IFR1 Windows

I have an 8.5.2 IFR1 Community Server and need to add the following services...

SSC
Meeting Server
Proxy Server
Media Manager (possibly)

The existing Community Server is running on 32-bit Windows 2008 with a dual processor Xeon E7420, 4 GB RAM, and ~22 GB of free space.

I have 2 more machines available to me with the following stats...

Server 1:
64-bit Windows 2008
dual proc Xeon 7430
8 GB Ram
~60 GB free space

Server 2:
64-bit Windows 2008
dual proc Xeon 7430
4 GB Ram
~60 GB Free space

I was planning to setup SSC, Meeting Server, & Proxy Server on Server 1 and then setup Media Manager on Server 2. However, I'm not sure if that's going to work well or not. This will be a production server but with fairly light usage (probably no more than 10 people on the Meeting server at any given time). Currently we have ~250 people using the existing Community Server IM capabilities at any given time and very rarely have anyone using the existing web meeting capabilities.

I know that ideally everything would have its own server but that's not possible right now. I don't know if I should just scrap the Media Manager for now until I can get another server for it and if I do that then how would you suggest splitting up the new SSC, Meeting, & Proxy servers among the 3 machines I have available to me?

FYI - I'll also be adding the existing Community Server to SSC.

Any advice you can provide or pointers to IBM notes on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Braian
