Sametime Developers Toolkit 3.0 All Platforms

I need to pre-set a buddy list for the new Sametime users using the Community Server toolkit. I can successfully using storeagesa service to create a new record in the vpuserinfo.nsf. However, when i try to login using either Java Connect or Connect client, it will always return this message:

"Unable to retrieve the changes you made to your user information. You may continue, but any user information changes you make will not be saved after you log off. You should reconnect before you make additional changes."

However, it is fine if i updated the buddylist using exactly the same program and the same buddy list "string". It means if the record is already there, i can overwritten the buddylist and load it successfully in the client.

I have double check the Buddy List "String" created by the system and the one i used is exactly the same.

This process is executed before the user first time login to the Sametime community which also means there is no record is created in the vpuserinfo.nsf database.

Any idea if i need to do any extra thing before the user first time login ? Any work around solution ? Many thx.
