Periodically, roughly once a week, we cannot open new chat sessions with anyone. If you double-click on a name in the Connect Client, nothing happens. There are no errors anywhere, and all services are running normally. The only thing that has changed since the original installation, is that we enabled Chat Logging and copied the Chat Logging DLL that came with Sametime into production.
We are running Sametime 3.0 with SP1 on W2K.
Anyone have any ideas what's happening?
To fix the problem currently, all I have to do is "restart server" from the domino prompt.
