Make sure all of the processes are running on the server.
Make sure there aren't connectivity issues between the client and server (blocked ports, etc.) In the Meeting Room, there's a "Meeting Room Status Log" in the "View" menu that you can open. When you click on the entries, you'll get details on what kinds of connections are being tried.
