I am using the C++ toolkit. It looks like I can test for equivalence of 2 names by resolving each of them, but to do that I have to log in, or at least log in anonymously (and hope the admin allows me to resolve the names).
Is there any way to determine if two names refer to the same user WITHOUT logging in?
