We are running Sametime 3.0 on iSeries v5R2.
I have a user working from his home office. He shows up on my buddy list as being logged in to Sametime. When I double click his name I cannot get a chat box to come up. When he is in the office I can chat with him.
I have a related problem with another user. Except with him I can chat if he is at his home office, but not when he is in the office.
Does this have anything to do with where the clients were when they set up Sametime connect for the first time?
