I have one user who receives a notification everyone a specific user becomes available in Sametime. He gets the pop up that has a checkbox that says "show this alert again". He says he deselects it every time and he still gets the notification. I found a similar thread which indicated he should be able to right click on the user and select "Remove Alerts" but it's greyed out for him (and me too).
