I have been trying for several weeks to understand in depth the new ST85 and have posted a series of questions in this forum (most of answered - thanks to everyone)
It seems though that the questions never end:
I have finally managed to setup the embedded client to work with the Media Server, or so think at least.
I have tried to initiate a conference call with a colleague over the weekend. I was sitting at home behind a local network behind a router connected to the internet. Same applies to my colleague.
For some reason, out of a sudden, the Call Options button was greyed out. So I could not start a conference call.
Is this again a configuration issue or isn't that supported at all? I am asking because (although not completely understood) in the previous version there was the Reflector service that was supposed to make such A/V call possible. In ST85 there is not such service (as far as I read from the documentation).
I have also tried to open the respective ports on the corporate firewall where the ST85 server resides, but that did not seem to help. I actually opened all ports to be sure. Can someone advice which ports have to be open for A/V calls? - I find the documentation too complex to be honest.
