Online Meeting Center/Meeting Room 6.5.1 Windows NT/2000

hey all,

I posted last week about a problem our Sametime server (6.51, Domino 6.51, Windows 2003, no service pack, Dell PowerEdge) was having with the "The ST Mux service terminated unexpectedly" message and was advised to apply Fix Pack 6.51, which I did.

However, since then, we've had trouble creating sametime meetings, and although I've read a bunch of threads here and have tried a few things, nothing seems to work. The window to the meeting opens, I get the security warning, the page goes grey and then the java icon in the top left hand corner is there for a few seconds and then that goes away and is replaced by a red X.

If I try a test meeting, then the window opens and i have the orange left-hand side and on the right side is the Java icon, but the red progress bar only fills to about 60% and then freezes.

Below is the output from the java console, and the most glaringly obvious thing that i see here is that it makes reference to the STVMRes651 folder, but during neither the install of ST 6.5.1 nor the Fix Pack upgrade has this directory been created - our copies of VMBlacklist.properties and VMVersions.properties are found in a STVMVRes31 folder that was presumably installed during the original Sametime 3 install, so I'm starting to think that the FP6.5.1 has told the server to point to this directory, even though it doesn't exist - if this is the case, does anyone know how I reconfigure this?

If anyone has any insight, I'd greatly appreciate it.
