Ever so often, like once a month, video in meetings stop working. When we enter meetings, and starts the call, the self-view tiny video screen shows, and when the "big" video windows is supposed to start, the call ends.
To fix this, I have to restart the MCU server.
Before I restart the MCU server, I issue a
"service soft_mcu status"
command, to see if the mcu server is up and running. I then get this error:
cat: /tmp/httpd.listen.conf: No such file or directory
I guess thereīs some apache stuff going on on the mcu server? The mcu part is not that well documented, so I donīt know where to start troubleshooting.
After stopping the mcu and starting it again, all is fine for about a month.
Resources on the mcu server should be sufice for our environment, but the issue could perhaps occur because of lack of resources?
4 cpu cores.
This setup was reccomended when running a Sizing request with IBM, based on the numbers of users we have.
