Hi,

When I was trying to initialize chat with my partner, i received the error :" There was an error opening a chat session with abc/def/ghi/jkl.Please try again later or contact your system administrator.Reason : 0x80000005 ".

abc/def/ghi/jkl is the user name with certifier.

Please let me know the reason for this..
