We have ST8.5.2 IFR1 and only use the Community Server as we only use Chat and online meetings. We are not planning to upgrade to ST9 at the current time.
I have many users with iOS devices. The IT Director wants to be able to get Sametime on his iPhone 4S. I have an Android device and can get it to work without issue using QuipIM. He's tried that and the app will no connect. I found the new IBM Sametime client in the App Store and downloaded in onto my iPad to test. I cannot get it working there at all. I just won't connect.
Do I have to do something on the Sametime server to get this to work for the iOS devices?
