we have tested the standalone client (Sametime Connect 8.5.2 Client) and there is no A/V service provider available and there are no phone or video icons visible.
Before we updated the integrated client - A/V worked without problems and the icons have been available!!
Again I don't understand why everything's working fine with the java/browser instant meetings.
I have updated some fields in stpolicy.nsf
Enable Sametime IP audio and video: 2
Client to client voice chat: 1
Allow meeting room client chat: 1
Allow all Sametime Connect features to be used for integrated clients:1
Or do I have forgotten some policy settings anywhere?
The sametime connect client displays an error:
Your Sametime Computer Audio/Video is temporarily unavailable. you will be unable to make audio/video calls. Log out and log back in to resume use of audio/video.
