Just today our MSAD admin changed the CN names for everybody to reflect a shortname userid. Now when anybody connects to Sametime, they get the shortname userid. Is there a way I can change this so I can see the full name? Admin says that "displayName" is one field that will have First Name/Last Name format which is what we want.
