I was hoping that someone may have a troubleshooting technique for pinpointing a client to server connection problem through a firewall and proxy. I am able to log into the server, create a meeting but once I try to join the meeting the client hangs, then disconnects. I have searched both the server's and client logs but can't find any indicator for failure. The only difference I can see between the a good connection (private side of FW) and dropped connection (public side of FW) is the amount of queries to our LDAP server .... which BTW shows that I was authenicated. Does anybody have a suggestion ?
