Hi all,
I have a Java agent that runs when a user receives a new mail. It simply sends an IM to the user informing them of the new mail.
What we really want to do, is send an announcement to our helpdesk team when a new mail is received in the helpdesk inbox.
Does anyone have a working example of the announcement service that they could post?
