Can anyone help me diagnose an issue with my sametime setup.
I can do a Sametime client -> client audio chat with no issues at all, as soon as I turn on Video the remote side cannot hear the local caller audio.
Both sides see video no issues and the initiating side can hear the remote audio but the remote side can no longer hear the initiating side.
I've also tested the other way as well and get the same issue just in reverse.
Local calls Remote with audio only and it all works fine.
Local starts Video, both local and remote can see video but remote no longer has audio from local. Local still has remote audio, local can stop the video and audio comes back with no issues at all.
My setup has 7 servers, including a dedicated TURN server.
Server2 Community Server
Server3 Meeting Server
Server4 Media Server
Server5 Proxy Server
Server6 Advanced Server
Server7 TURN Server
I don't know where to start to diagnose this issue?
