We have setup an Advisor link on our website where potential students can click on the ST link and chat with an advisor. This works really well. But I have the link setup for the Advisor's Personal LN account.
Ideally, what the department want is for me to create a generic LN account called Advisor or something like that and then just have the Advisor log into that LN account and log into Sametime as the Advisor and not Joe Smith.
So, my question is: Can I log into Sametime, under 2 different names in one community on on Lotus Notes client?
Another option I have is to have Joe Smith log into Inotes as Advisor and then Joe can use his Lotus Notes client for his other IM.
