Has anyone here used the Sametime 3.0 COM Toolkit succesfully?
I have tried it with VB6. While using the basic login example it crashes the whole IDE. I can start the example Login app and login to my Sametime server, the crash occurs when I stop the debugger.
I get the error message:
vb6.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x03235400" referenced memory......The memory could not be "read"
Although if I compile and run the compiled exe, I don't get the error. So basically it's a pain to have to restart the IDE(VB6) after every test.
I have tried it with VB.NET. Is still has the error at the same time as VB6, but it doesn't crash the IDE.
UbqSock: Login.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x0398c94" referenced memory at "0x00000000".....
Does any one know if IBM plans to update there toolkits? Has anyone gotten around these errors?
Our OS is Win2K.
Thanks,
(This is a repeat question I asked a while ago, I'm hoping that maybe the someone has figured out a way around the issues above)
