A user has started a meeting on our Domino Community Server and users are attending. Most users are able to attend the meeting with no problems; however, a couple use IE and receive the following error when trying to attend:
"IBM Lotus Sametime cannot download the files it requires in order to run. Contact your network administrator, your system may be blocking the downloading of JAR files or other executables."
The solution is just for the user to close the browser and try again. The second time they try to attend the meeting, it will work fine.
This seems like such an odd solution. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a more permanent fix so that it will not occur at all? Any chance this will be fixed in a later release?
