Christer Eklundh 23.Nov.11 10:29 AM a Web browser Sametime Standard8.5.2 IFR1Windows
I have a test environment installed with Sametime 8.5.2. All WAS based component are installed on the same Windows 2008 R2 server. DB2 is also installed on the same server. The Community Server and the LDAP server are each installed on their own box.
Because their is no documentation of how to install ST 8.5.2 IFR 1, I took a chance and tryed to install it this way.
1. Install the WAS ifixes
2. Run update.bat (starting Installation Manager) to update Sametime System Console with IFR 1
.3 Then doing so I get the following error
======
"If the WAS credentials were changed after install, update the Installation Manager registry with new values before starting the upgrade process.
Check your database server connection, if database server is down, the server might not work properly
Running processes have been detected. Stop all WebSphere related processes before upgrading.
If the servers were stopped abnormally, make sure that the pid files are deleted.
The pid files are located at ../profiles/<profileName>/logs/<servername>/<servername>.pid
If this server is registered with Sametime System Console Server, make sure that the System Console Server is up and running"
=========
- I have NOT change any WAS credentials after installing...
- I do have connections to the DB server...
- I do NOT have any WAS proccesses still running...
