Using Notes client 8.0.2 with integrated Sametime client. Experience the "disappearing" of partial chat history problem once every couple of weeks. All of the history actually exists in the folder
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\SametimeTranscripts
However, for unknown reason the personsfolder.xml file keep getting reset to a much smaller size. For example, it may used to be 53K and then it chaned to 2K. Therefore, some history will show up and not all of it.
If I deleted the personsfolder.xml file, shutdown Notes and restart again. It always comes back and regenerated the file with all of the chat user names. This is really a pain and I would like to know how I can "fix" it.
