Ron Walker 2.Feb.12 10:30 AM a Web browser Sametime Standard8.5.2Windows
I am attempting to install Sametime 8.5.2 media server. The installation proceeds to the end and fails with the message "profileName: Action can not be executed while server is running". This server is being installed on a VM that also supports the Proxy Server. I made sure that none of the services for the proxy server are running prior to installing.
When I attempt to re-install, I get the following:
*** Creating the deployment manager profile...
The following validation errors were present with the command line arguments:
profileName: stmediaSTMSDMProfile1 is already in use. Specify another name.
profilePath: The profile path is not valid.
*** Failed with exit status 1
It seems that I am caught in a loop here. Can anyone shed any light?
