I've also replicated this on my laptop, where I installed Domino 6.0.2 CF1, Sametime 3.1, and then tried to install the toolkits. This time it succeded because it thought there was 2.3GB free on my target drive, more than enough. Problem is, there's actually about 10GB free on that drive.
