Sametime Gateway 8.0.2 Windows
I'm running a single Sametime 8.0.2.1 HF3 gateway which is working for Google, AOL and Yahoo
Today our Gateway just stopped working ... well half stopped .. some external users can still see our internal users.
I found the following in the trace.log
failSubscribe CLFRC0119E: The RTC Gateway has exceeded the number of sessions allowed:5250
I've checked our Dev environment and it also has 5250 users as the default max user setting.
Question: Does anyone know why this setting is set to 5250 ... and what I should be taking into account if I 1, increase or 2, remove limit.
I have a single Gateway ... anyone know what the max users this should handle ?
