I am able to successfully use the stmeetings rooms for meetings within our corporate firewall, but anyone outside the firewall does not appear to have permission to even ping the web server, much less connect via the URL.
Is this intentional?
Note that the web page header reads "Use meeting rooms to collaborate effectively with colleagues, partners, and customers, whether they are down the hall or across the world."
That implies that meetings should be accessible to those outside the firewall.
Or, is this failing in my testing because my outside-the-firewall client does not have the Sametime Connect client installed? If so, where are the requirements/prerequisites listed for stmeetings rooms? I could not find any that were described in the help. I would like to use this for external customers, in circumstances where those customers meet the prerequisites.
