I have a Sametime 7.5 server on a Windows 2000 server. The server it's behind a linux firewall with Nat (ip tables).
When I start an audio communication between two clients on Internet it works fine. Also works with two clients on the server’s Lan. However when a client it’s on Internet and the other client it’s on the Lan the audio communication doesn’t work.
The documentation says Sametime client needs the 20830 port open on both directions. So I opened that port. I also opened the 20831 20832 TCP/UDP ports and configured the Reflector service on the sametime.ini file:
STREFLECTOR_SERVER_NAME=reflector.domain.com
After all this settings I have the same problem: audio communication doesn’t work.
