Sametime Entry 8.5 Windows

I am running Sametime Entry 8.5 and have been looking at the possibility of setting up photos in the Business Cards.

I've been following but I'm getting confused and wonder if someone can steer me in the right direction.

I have Domino 8.5.1 and Sametime 8.5 on one machine and my production Domino 8.5.1 on another.

I have been looking at the names.nsf on the production on Domino (Sametime points to Domino LDAP on the production Domino). Names.nsf inherits from pubnames.nsf so I felt I'd need to edit the pubnames.nsf.

Looking at both names.nsf and pubnames.nsf, I don't see a jpegphoto in the LDAP hidden fields though so I'm stuck early on!

In the person form, I see the LDAP hidden fields and I have:
OU, PostalAddress, HomePostalAddess, Street, businessCategory, carLicense, departmentNumber, employeeNumber, employeeType, initials, labeledURI, o, roomNumber, UserCertificate, x500UniqueIdentifier, x121Address, registeredAddress, destinationIndicator, preferredDeliveryMethod, telexNumber, telexTerminalIdentifier, internationaliSDNNumber, seeAlso.

If I use an LDAP management tool, I can open my user and go to Table Editor and I see a jpegPhoto attribute but it does not let me upload as it doesn't appear to be binary - there is also a photo attribute that would let me upload a jpeg.

If and when I get past this, I'm not sure what comes next i.e. if I can find a way to delete jpegphoto and regenerate it as a binary attribute, would I then need to manually edit each and every user?

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious but I cannot see the wood for the trees on this one.
