I believe if you read the technote put out by Lotus regarding DST and Sametime it says that the meetings already sceduled will show as 1 hour off during the 3/11-3/31 , 10/28-11/4 dates and that no fix is being provided . The fix rather, prevents any additional meetings from being scheduled an hour early or late depending on the dst period.
At my company, an agent was written to modify the start time of every meeting to start an hour early (for 3/11-3/31 only). This way meetings will start on-time as opposed to an hour late.
