It would be VERY helpful if the chat window would show the online status of the person you are chatting with. It looks the same whether they are online, offline, or away.
I chat with people in different offices in different time zones and it is very common for me to keep a chat window open for a couple of days. If a user goes offline, I don't know it until I hit SEND and it pops up the error message "user is no longer online" and shuts down my window. The only way to know if they are online is to open the ST Connect window and look at the list of users.
Is there somewhere better to post requests? I've got plenty of them.
