We have an issue with the contact list for sametime. It will not always populate with logged in users. The list contains public groups but it shows 0 out of XX users. If you then log out and log in once or twice it populates with correct info of logged in users. We had this issue on Sametime 8.5.2 also after upgrading to Sametime 8.5.2 IFR1 it continues to be an issue. We use autologin for all users in our company. Any ideas what causes the contact list not to populate ?
