I am creating a SameTime links enabled website for a customer. Everything seems to work fine, there is only one problem.
If a user clicks on a SameTime enabled link and then navigate to a different page while the IM window is open, all users appear offline on return to the SameTime enabled page. Then, one of two things happens.
1. If the IM window is closed, all the SameTime enabled links works again.
2. If the user hit F5 before he closes the IM window, a message appear saying that he has been disconnected from the SameTime server. The result is that the user must close the browser window and log on to the site all over again before the SameTime enabled links work again.
All users that accesses pages with SameTime enabled links on my website are automatically logged on to the SameTime server using SSO, LDAP and token authentication. (I have used the agents and subforms from the template provided with the SameTime server on my SameTime enabled pages).
